The Typing Hub is a free online typing speed test. It lets you measure your typing speed, accuracy and consistency, and review your results. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may make the service unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

You agree to use The Typing Hub responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Access the service through automated means in a way that harms it or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You can use the service as a guest without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and is used to save your results. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may sign out or request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your typing results belong to you. How we handle the information tied to your use of the service is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Typing Hub name, design, text and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial typing practice. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the site or its content without our permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Your typing scores are provided for practice and informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee that they are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or that saved results will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Typing Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
