Two of those figures are worth multiplying together, because they confirm the dataset is internally consistent and reveal something the report does not state directly. 84.1 chats at 8 minutes 25 seconds each comes to 707.8 minutes, which is 11 hours 48 minutes — exactly the agent chatting time reported. The figures line up.

That identity has an implication. If an agent accumulates 11 hours 48 minutes of chat duration inside a shift substantially shorter than that, the conversations must overlap. Over an eight-hour shift the implied concurrency is about 1.5 simultaneous conversations on average — lower than the two or three that teams often target at peak, which is what you would expect from an average that includes quiet periods. Where dictation and AI fit

Two obvious objections to all of this, and both are weaker than they first appear.
